Sinusitis refers to inflammation of the sinuses and step on the secretion of mucus membrane lining the nose and throat. Often it is followed by a common cold, general influenza and other infections.

Try some of these home remedies for sinus paranasal —

– A teaspoon of black cumin seeds tied in a thin cotton cloth provides relief when inhaled.

– Take the capsules of some cayenne during or after each meal for several days until the infection is cleared up. Alternatively put 1 teaspoon of pepper in the bowl of hot water and drink a cup of this three times a day.

– Add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to 1 / 2 cup boiling water. Pour into a bowl and inhale the steam for the 10 to 15 minutes with his head covered with a large towel.

– Put a few drops of eucalyptus oil on a handkerchief and sniff periodically.

– Dissolve 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups water and use through a nasal inhaler.

– Whining whenever you feel stuffed nose is a good way to drain the sinuses stale and throat secretions.

– Press your thumbs either side of the nostril to carry a supply of fresh blood to the area and soothing relief.

– Apply warm washcloth to the eyes and cheekbones. Leave it until you feel breast pain subsiding.

– Carrot and spinach juice taken regularly is also found to be highly beneficial.

– Eat pungent herbs like garlic, horseradish spicy, as it contains a chemical that moves mucus and makes it less sticky.

– Garlic, onions, horseradish, hot pepper and ginger added any stock will open the sinuses.

– Steep fresh basil in a cup of water and drink it to relieve the congestion caused by inflammation of the membranes.

– Pungent oils such as thymol and camphor help clear blocked roads.

– Tilt your head back and place a teaspoon of onion juice in each nostril. Repeat as necessary.

– Grid of fresh lotus root, mix it with grated ginger and unbleached white flour. Apply the mixture directly to the skin. You can leave this for several hours or overnight. Repeat for a week or more until you get relief. This is very effective mixture of dispersion and stalled mucus moving. There can be no discharge from eyes or nose.
