Oil Caramel

How do I get an awesome natural beach tan?
I’m a latina girl and when I tell people they’re so shocked! I wanna be able to get that nice caramel brown tan where I can pull my shorts down and see a perfect dark tan line! I’m always going to the beach but it seems that no matter how long I stay, I don’t tan. Like, I have to stay out for hours and hours! Is there any really good tanning oil I could use or tips on how to get tanner faster?
LOTS of sunblock and lots of sun. The sun burns your skin and turns you red, what makes you tan(golden) is the melanin your body produces in response to the UV rays, so I cant stress it enough when I say USE POWERFUL SUNBLOCKS. 3 hours at the pool for a week is enough to start getting a noticeable tan (fyi it doesn’t matter if its sunny out or not, clouds don’t stop UV rays, thats why people get sun burnt snowboarding)
I’m a blonde Puerto Rican so believe me I know what I’m talking about
DO NOT SPRAY ON TAN EVER!
