What is the proportion of essential oils that I can add to a carrier oil such as sesame oil for self massage ?

I have a lot of different essential oils I want to use up and want to make a mix with sesame oil as a carrier. It is a warming oil according to ayurveda and great for people with high vata and the winter season.

Chakra and Essential Oil Index

This is a general index of the chakras. Essential oils suggested can be used in aromatherapy, massage, baths and other therapies.
1 – Root chakra
The root chakra is about being physically present. The feelings of stability, security and resilience out here. This is the chakra of the foundation and is the first chakra system. When the root chakra is open we present here and now and feel that our physical space is adequate, respected and connected to our physical body.
If the root chakra is We closed unsafe. We may be paranoid, fearful and full of hatred and anger. We can be overly possessive. We have low blood pressure, circulatory and sexual dysfunction.
Essential oils to help open the root chakra are vetiver, peppermint, frankincense, cedarwood, myrrh, carrot, cardamom, cloves, oak moss, patchouli, laurel, ginger, sandalwood and benzoin.

2 – Sacral Chakra
The sacral chakra is the seat of personal boundaries, trust, intimacy and the feeling of attraction between two people. When the sacral chakra is open we have patience, desire and pleasure are balanced. We are able to express wishes, have healthy attachments and healthy emotional needs. When open, we're open to privacy.
When the sacral chakra is closed to leave. We have fears about our relationships, be manipulative, suspicious and insecure. We have uro-genital ailments, low sexual desire or an addiction to relationships.
Essential oils to open the sacral chakra are jasmine, ylang, cinnamon, petitgrain, mandarin, myrrh, cypress, pine, coriander, oakmoss, rose, rose geranium, geranium, vetiver, sage and patchouli.

3 – Navel chakra
The navel chakra is the center of our power. This is personal power, will and metabolism. Self-confidence and self reside here. This energy is encouraged, as well as protection from the negative energy. When the naval chakra is open we are in control, that are decisive and motivated.
If the naval chakra is closed we are passive and indecisive, we have little power and are apathetic. We do not get what we want. We can be jealous and have an ego inflated. We have indigestion, constipation and liver disease.
Essential oils to open this chakra are ginger, ylang, lemon, lemon grass, carrot, CADE, juniper, cedar, meilssa black pepper, rosemary, marjoram, oregano, thyme, vetiver, cinnamon bark, peppermint, cardamn, citronella, valerian and the nard.

4 – Heart chakra
The heart chakra is love. When the heart chakra is open, we are open to change and growth. We fell sympathy and empathy, are sensitive to others. The heart chakra is associated with hope for the future and awareness of our spiritual purpose. This chakra is integrated and connecting opposites, ego and be connected to all that is, the mind and body. When open, we are compassionate and friendly, we love the experience, joy, acceptance and compliance.
When our heart chakra is closed we have concerns about our involvement with others. We can move away from others. We have an inflated ego, which can be jealous and ungrateful. We have the evils of movement, high blood pressure and seasonal allergies.
Essential oils to open the heart chakra are rose, benzoin, meilssa, neroli, frankincense, bergmot, carrot, Inula, lavender, lavender, spikenard, oregano, marjoram, pepper black, sage, sandalwood, tansy, Everlast, hyssop, cinnamon, laurel, camphor and amni visnaga.

5 – Throat chakra
The throat chakra is to express themselves and verbal and nonverbal communication. This may be the creative expression of an artist. This is what we use to ask what we want and achieve those desires manifest! When open we are good communicators, we are connected and interact with others for purposes of mutual benefit. We breathe good with open throat chakra, it can and release and take in the breath of life. We heal better with this open.
Not telling the truth can close this chakra. When closed, we tend not to speak, to the detriment our. We can express ourselves. We can be addicted to cigarettes, inhalers and nasal runners high. We have fevers of unknown origin, inflammation, chronic throat and thyroid problems. We can be fearful and shy. Behave in a way that is honest and true to yourself can help to open this chakra. Singing, chanting mantras and open too.
Essential oils to open this chakra are lavender, Roman and German chamomile, peppermint, catnip, incense, Opopanax, cypress, geranium, fir, sandalwood and carrot seed.

6 – Third Eye chakra

This Chakra is about seeing, both literally and intuitively. It gives us a vision. When open we are very aware of themselves, may be more perceptive and clairvoyance. We are better at healing more secure future, and tend to make better decisions. This is the chakra of visions and dreams and imagination.
If this chakra is closed, we tend not to think for ourselves and easily confused. We rely too much on others for guidance and direction. We can be without purpose. Physically, we may have a thyroid problem and depression breathing.

Essential oils to open this chakra are wormwood, incense cedar, Everlast, fir, pine, oak, rose, rosemary, sage, oregano and marjoram, thyme and lime.

7 – Crown chakra

This is our connection to others and the world outside ourselves. With that we welcome the divine worldwide. When this chakra is open we see in others, subject to experience. We brought the knowledge and wisdom and understanding that promotes peace and spiritual connection. We are better in the manifestation of desires.

If this chakra is closed, it is likely that we are rigid in our views. We are likely to be feel conscious of our own spirituality and that of others. We have little energy, feel depressed and isolated and, in general, anxiety and concern. We can have a negative feeling about our being and feeling ineffective and forgetful. Physical problems may be related to the bladder and cramping.

Essential oils to open the crown chakra are benzoin, rock rose, frankincense, myrrh, sandalwood, spruce, angelica, bois de rose, Opopanax, lavender, lily, rose, Ravensara, basil and rosemary.
