Is it hard to learn how to dance like the Jamaicans?

I love watching wick’d videos every Saturday afternoon.I love the way you see these Jamaican women whining and shaking their asses so fast!I would love to learn those moves! Like in sample six(swing it away),and elephant Man (Drop Dead).I was wondering if it is hard to learn those dance moves or is it just a natural and born talent that only some have?Can anyone learn it with a lot of practice? Does anyone else want to learn or already dance like those women or men?
