I want to make a baby shower gift, a kit for labor. Any ideas?

I wanna make her a bag with essentials she will need when she goes to the hospital. Any ideas of what to fill it with?

Snacks(for before the baby comes, after she won’t be able to eat anything for awhile). Maybe a comfy nightgown. Comfy socks for sure (my feet were so cold)! Magazines, cards, anything to keep her occupied and her mind off the pain. Shampoo and Conditioner. Mints or gum. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Steam showers have great physical and mental benefits

Life is pretty hectic and stressful for most of us, and it's good if we can incorporate relaxing or soothing some things on our schedule. I know in my family, I'm running to drop off and pick up my kids at school, soccer practice, classes music, doctor visits, not to mention that the work of a full time job! Needless to say, I have little time or resources to go to a spa, and it was then My husband decided it was time to bring the spa to me. He went shopping for steam showers , And brought the perfect home to install in our master bathroom.

Having a steam shower has transformed my being. The steam is excellent for help detoxify the body and relax tense muscles. I did not realize how tense I am most of the time, and muscle knots were everywhere. Now, steam penetrates these knots and help to work out and relieve stress chemicals incorporated in these knots, and I'm walking around feeling much better. The steam also purged and keeps pores clean and my skin is absolutely brilliant! I can use my personal mini-spa at home whenever I can, usually twice a week and has made a difference in how I feel.

Get a steam shower will not only provide great physical benefits, but will mental ones as well. I love my life, not me wrong, but need a few minutes of peace and quiet a few times a week for my mental health. My vapor fabulous new title = "shower equipment"> shower equipment gives me a place to retreat to, and while the steam can enjoy a precious few minutes for me same. All you hear is the silence, and I steam the envelopes in a quiet place where I can refocus and recharge, something very valuable to a wife, mother, and the employee? If I am recharged, I can be better in all my tasks and enjoy everything more than if I was completely exhausted 24-7.

I could not be happier with my new steam shower, title = "shower column"> shower column, and the whole family enjoys a more balanced and relaxed woman of the house because of it. Thank God my husband found a piece of the spa to bring to our house.
