I used one of those plastic liner bags (@ $1.23 each by the way), and I just checked on it, and looking down through the glass I can see a lot of bubbles growing up. Is this normal? BTW do you think the oil based plastic liner bags are a good idea?

open the bag and poke the meat with a fork to see how tender it is. If it is a littled tender then add the remaining potato and vegeis cook until done and then season and thicken the broth into gravy. the bag is fine forgetaboutit
