Where can I get a monogram to go on the outside of a large candle ??? that will stick to it ?

you could probably go to any arts and crafts store and find something suitable. If you can’t find something that has a ring attached to place over the candle, try using straight pins or tacks and attach in a couple of spots. These type stores sell all kinds of single letters for all kinds of uses.
